True, but if the footprint is the area in the middle between that new structure and Lumpkin, that's only big enough for about a 60-70 yard field and the area closer to woodruff field will have to be perpendicular and only big enough for about a 50-60 yard field.  No renderings have been made available, but it shouldn't take things long to shape up.
