Only one viper in those three pics. Middle snake appears to be a Southern water snake, non poisonous.

Fish & Game folks ID him as a Cottonmouth. Poor angle of the head makes it difficult to determine. I do not believe it is a water snake.

Round looking pupil makes me think water snake.
