Just a mistake in self scanning. I saw it on Facebook, must be true.

Simple solution.

There's video of the transaction, there always is on the self checkout stations.

Let's see the video. If they did not attempt to scan the cleaning products, then prosecute. If they swiped, it's not their fault that the scanners did not do the job it was intended to do. In that case, sue for false arrest.

Make the video public either way...let's see what really happened.

I will never shop there. Have made past scenes about no cashier at places. Left loaded cart and start to walk out, they always check me out. Little old man.
