Defender moving with the receiver, impeded his route and never looked back at the ball, defensive pass interference in my opinion.

Definitely a penalty.
Holding and PI could have been called.

At least holding, but I think it was PI. Clemson doesn't like it simply because the defender ended up on the ground, but he ain't winning an oscar for that perfomance.

I almost always smile when a team in Orange loses.
When they whine about a close call, and that really wasn't that close, at least holding as DNC said, it make me smile even bigger.
