One angle clearly showed the ball bounce off the ground.
I'm glad the turd fans are upset. It is sort of like the bogus timeout UF called in the '90s that took away our td in the rain game. They can stew over it for years.

Funny they showed it one way on big screen and all the Gator side cheered, then they show it from another angle and the Dawgs all cheered.

As wide as his arms were apart, there is no way the ball didn't hit the turf.
The slo-mo video shows it hitting and bouncing up. For it not to hit the turf, his arms would have had to be jammed together. And FWIW, I can show synced screen grabs that show the ball was moving in Arnold's hands before he got to the goal line in the Auburn game.

(11-02-2025, 03:35 PM)Replying to Rogasingingdawg The uproar has been funny, but there's no actual ball in the top one. That said, this play and the AU fumble, had they been called a catch and TD for AU on the field, they wouldn't have been overturned IMO. Both were close plays that could have gone either way. Of course to my biased eyes I think they got both right, but I couldn't be mad if they had gone the other way.

As long as the turd fans anguish over it for years, I'm happy.

Blame the QB for short arming it..not the refs..
Kirby said our DB heard the wrong call..I believe that.
