Have gotten exactly what they wanted.    Penalized Dechambeau for a questionable at best infraction.   I doubt it would have been a penalty against anyone but him.

Yeah, I get it.   Lots of folks don’t like him.   

I’ve met him and follow him pretty closely.  He’s probably a nicer guy than his image.  

I just don’t think that penalty is called on anyone else.   He’ll, Rory hit the sand in a bunker on his takeaway and they decided it was an accident.
