KENNESAW, Ga. – The No. 13 Georgia Bulldogs softball team held off a late Kennesaw State push for a 7-5 win on Wednesday night at Bailey Park. Georgia improves to 32-11 on the season while the Owls slide to 7-33. Georgia improves to 11-2 all-time against Kennesaw State. Georgia returns home to host the No. 5 Texas Longhorns this weekend at the Jack Turner Stadium. This weekend's series is the ESPN series of the week slated to kick off a with a 4:00 p.m. ET first pitch on Saturday, followed by 12:00 p.m. ET and 7:00 p.m. ET first pitches on Sunday and Monday, respectively. Saturday's game is a 'Pink Out' at The Jack. The first 500 fans will receive free pink visors presented by Piedmont Health. Sunday's game is Dad & Daughter Day, and on Monday, the first 500 fans will get free fuzzy socks.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas. ---  The No. 12 University of Georgia men's tennis team is set to take on Kentucky, No. 26 nationally and the No. 11-seed in the SEC Tournament, on Thursday, April 16 at 2 p.m. CT at George P. Mitchell '40 Tennis Center at Texas A&M. Georgia enters the match 17-7 (9-5 SEC), and the Wildcats are now 17-12 (5-9 SEC). On the bottom half of the bracket, the winner of Georgia and Kentucky's match will face No. 3-seed LSU. The Bulldogs shutout LSU at home to open SEC play earlier this season.  

FORT WORTH, Tx. - No. 6 Georgia Gymnastics is set to appear in the 2026 National Collegiate Gymnastics Championships Semifinal this week in Fort Worth, Texas. The six-seed Bulldogs will face off against (2) LSU, (3) Florida, and (7) Stanford in the first session of the semifinal round at 4:30 p.m. ET on Thursday, April 16 at Dickies Arena. The top two teams from each semifinal session will advance to the National Championship Final on Saturday, April 18 in Fort Worth. One of the things Georgia co-head coach Cécile Canqueteau-Landi said after the GymDogs qualified for the NCAA Women's Gymnastics Championships was that "we are back." The most accomplished Georgia program with 10 team national championships and dozens more individual titles, the GymDogs are returning to the NCAA semifinals for the first time since 2019.

OCALA, Fla. – The Georgia equestrian team will compete as the three seed in the quarterfinals of the 2026 NCEA Championship at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida. The nation's top eight teams will compete for the 2026 NCEA Championship. The reigning national champion Bulldogs open competition on Thursday, April 15, against No. 6 Oklahoma State at 2:30 p.m. 

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Fifth-ranked and SEC-leader Georgia baseball (30-8, 11-4 SEC) opens a road series with No. 17 Arkansas (25-13, 8-7 SEC) Thursday on ESPNU. First pitch will be at 8 p.m. ET and be available on the Georgia Bulldog Sports Network. Game two of the series will be Friday at 7 ET (SECN+) and Saturday's action begins at 2 pm ET (SECN+).

ATHENS, Ga. --- A total of 77 University of Georgia student-athletes were named to the 2025-26 Southeastern Conference Winter Academic Honor Roll for their outstanding performances in the classroom, the conference office announced Wednesday.
