If not for the fruits and nuts of CA, this may be the best place to live.  Currently 70 and not a cloud in the sky.  About a mile south of Pepperdine.  Trying to convince the son to go there.  LOL. Seriously, it is a great place.  Heading to the golf course in 20 minutes.  Was in Hollywood and Beverly Hills yesterday, Venice Beach and Manhattan Beach the day before.  Trying to keep the economy afloat single handedly.
