are using exclamation marks in their published rulings. Too often, these judicial titans deploy middle-school level sentence structure also.
To me, this appears childish, immature, lazy, and backward. Emotions should have no place in a judge's decisions.
Judge Leon in DC is a recent example. I doubt that clod could get into the schools I matriculated from, and I walked with high honors. Leon would struggle to spell Princeton, I would wager.
