LEXINGTON, Ky. – The No. 11 Georgia Bulldog softball team blanked Kentucky, 5-0, on Sunday afternoon at the John Cropp Stadium to complete the series sweep. Georgia improves to 27-8 (6-3) while the Wildcats fall to 21-16 (1-11).
ATHENS, Ga. — No. 4 Georgia baseball defeated South Carolina on Sunday afternoon at Foley Field, 9-7, to secure its first conference series sweep of the season.
NORMAN, Okla. — The No. 1 Georgia women's tennis (13-4, 8-3 SEC) fell 4-1 to No. 8 Oklahoma women's tennis (19-4, 9-2 SEC) in a top-10 matchup Sunday afternoon at the Headington Family Tennis Center. Georgia is no longer undefeated in the all-time series against Oklahoma, as the Bulldogs now lead the series 6-1. Georgia returns home to host the Kentucky Wildcats on Thursday, April 2 at 5 p.m. ET at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex.
ATHENS, Ga. — Redshirt junior Karoline Tuttle shot a career best 5-under 67 round and went bogey free on the back nine to give the Georgia women's golf team the lead in the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic at the UGA Golf Course on Sunday. Georgia carded a 4-under 284 and sits in first place in the 16-team field, 12 shots ahead of second place Rutgers. Georgia will be paired with Rutgers and Florida Gulf Coast for Monday's final round. The Bulldogs, Scarlet Knights and Eagles will tee off from holes 1, 2, and 3 at 8:30 a.m. ET.
