ATLANTA, Ga. – Junior guard Blue Cain posted a career-high 22 points as Georgia (9-1) defeated Cincinnati (6-4) on Saturday, 84-65, at State Farm Arena for Holiday Hoopsgiving. Alongside Cain's double-digit and career-best performance, Jeremiah Wilkinson added 17 points, Somto Cyril posted 13 points – matching his career best – and Smurf Millender scored 10 points in the win. The Bulldogs return home to Stegeman Coliseum to host Western Carolina on Thursday, December 18.
ATHENS, Ga. – Georgia Gymnastics fans will have their first chance to see the 2026 GymDogs in action on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 3:00 p.m. in Stegman Coliseum for the GymDog Debut meet. The GymDogs will compete in two teams. The Red team will start on vault, followed by bars, beam and floor. The Black team will begin on bars, followed by vault, floor and beam. Admission to the GymDog Debut is free for all fans.
ATHENS, Ga. --- Georgia's Beau Gardner has won the Bulldogs their first Patrick Mannelly Award, which is given to the top snapper in the FBS. Gardner, a UCLA graduate transfer from San Francisco, Calif., who was also a finalist for the award in 2024, topped Penn State's Tyler Duzansky and North Carolina's Spencer Triplett for the honor.
