ATHENS, Ga. --- Redshirt junior QB Gunner Stockton collected another round of weekly awards after leading Georgia to a 43-35 win over No. 5 Ole Miss last Saturday, according to separate announcements Tuesday.Stockton has been named the Maxwell Award Player of the Week, the Walter Camp National FBS Offensive Player of the Week, the Davey O'Brien Award National Quarterback of the Week and one of the Manning Award Stars of the Week. On Monday, Stockton was named the Southeastern Conference Offensive Player of the Week. Stockton is the first player to be named as the Davey O'Brien Award's National QB of the Week twice this season.  This marks the 12th Walter Camp honor of this kind for the Bulldogs and first since Stetson Bennett garnered the weekly accolade in 2022.

NEW ORLEANS, La.  – Georgia men's cross country moved into the top 20 national rankings for the first time since 2003, coming in at No. 20 in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Week Four National Coaches Poll. The Bulldogs' No. 20 ranking this week also marks the highest ranking for the Georgia men since the 2003 season when the team were ranked No. 17. The Bulldogs had a statement meet win this past weekend at Missouri's Pre-National Invitational.  Georgia rocketed to No. 2 in the latest USTFCCCA South Region poll with the NCAA South Regional arriving Nov. 14.  The performance last week capped off an undefeated regular season, putting the men in prime position heading into the 2025 Southeastern Conference Cross Country Championships in Knoxville, Tenn., on Friday, Oct. 31.

ATHENS, Ga. – University of Georgia swimmers Luca Urlando, Kennedi Dobson, and Sean Green received Southeastern Conference weekly honors, as announced by the league office Tuesday afternoon. Urlando was named SEC Men's Swimmer of the Week for the seventh time in his Georgia career, while Dobson and Green received SEC Freshman of the Week for the first time. Urlando picked up three individual wins and was a member of five victorious relays. Dobson continued the outstanding start to her collegiate career with four individual wins, including a national-best 4:33.61 in the 500y freestyle. Green swam the 11th-fastest time nationally in the 500 freestyle. Green also placed third in the 200y backstroke and posted a top 50 national time in the 200y butterfly.
 
ORLANDO, Fla. — The Georgia women's tennis team delivered a dominant showing at the ITA Southeast Regional Championships, earning three NCAA Singles and Doubles Championship qualifications. The pairing of Aysegul Mert and Anastasiia Gureva captured the regional doubles title to punch their ticket to the NCAA Doubles Championship, while No. 9 Anastasiia Lopata and No. 92 Anastasiia Gureva finished as singles co-champions, which secured their spots in the NCAA Singles Championship.
