If Dawgs are unable to buck the trend of poor first-half performances ......

reaching the College Football Playoff and winning another national championship will be extremely difficult.

In their last eight performances against Power Four opponents, Georgia has failed to take a lead into halftime in every single matchup. The Dawgs trailed in seven of those eight games, with three of them resulting in losses, and another three requiring overtime to secure a victory.

It was nearly against every team last year. It’s ultimately gonna cost some games if we can’t fix these slow starts and it’s not just offense. The defense almost letting the other team go up 14-0 wears on ya and gives everyone including fans at home the ‘oh no, here we go again’ vibes. This is a pattern.
